The house accommodates up to four artists at a time, each in a private room. The house is available only for the resident artists and is located in the centre of town close to shops and the pub. Across the road is Lake Wallace, with a 5km walking track and barbecue facilities.

There are 4 bedrooms in the house, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large electric oven, gas cooktop and microwave.

The house has a large dining room and separate lounge with TV, fire place and split system heating / cooling. Firewood is available in town and can be delivered to the house.

Each bedroom also has a heating / cooling split system that is independently controlled. All bedding and towels are provided and each room has a single bed, lockable cabinet, hairdryer, desk, mirror, usb device charger, shelves, and clothes storage. The rooms are lockable from the inside.

Please be aware that the bedroom sizes are on the small side and all the beds are single size. We recommend separate rooms for artists even if you are coming to work together as a team.
