Sue Beveridge explored the use of bread dough as a tactile, creative tool to support mental well-being. Drawing on her background in community arts and therapeutic practice, she facilitated a series of workshops that invited participants to engage in playful, process-led interactions with the dough. These sessions, both in group and 1:1 formats, created a space for conversation, self-expression, and connection — with no set agenda or outcome. Sue’s work at Edenhope continued her ongoing inquiry into material-led approaches to communication and emotional support, building on her regular workshops with Alzheimer Scotland in Inverness and Nairn.
